A bloomy, edible white camembert and intense bleu mold rind encases a smooth, buttery body. Bleu (sometimes appearing green or black) veins may appear, creating piquancy in this sharp, rich and umami soft-ripened cheese.

LAPSANG

Traditional lapsang souchong tea leaves are added, infusing clean smoke and floral resin notes.

PAPRIKA

Earthy-red paprika is smoked and dried over oak fire, adding rich, smoky, sweet and cool intensity.

PORCINI

Porcini mushroom dust is layered into our classic cheese body, incorporating notes that are earthy, umami and nutty.
